Heidi Long, Paris Olympic Medallist

We were hugely privileged to have Heidi Long, Paris Olympic medallist, at Lochinver House last week. Heidi described how her rowing journey began and her journey to reach the Olympics this year. The boys asked lots of interesting questions and enjoyed watching Heidi demonstrating her rowing skills. Break time presented the opportunity to have photos taken with Heidi and some of the children were even able to hold and wear her medal. It doesn’t get much more exciting than that, thank you so much, Heidi, for taking the time to visit us. You are such an inspiration to us all!
